Dario Hernandez

Dario joined NextEnergy Capital in 2023. NEC is a leading investment manager in solar and storage with c.$5bn AUM,  where Dario is responsible for defining and executing the energy storage strategy, managing the M&A lifecycle, and supporting the development, construction, and asset management. Dario has more than 14 years in the energy business across Spain, NZ and the UK. Prior to joining NEC, Dario was part of RWE team managing battery development projects and overseeing the battery development strategy, acquisition activities and route to market.​
