Himmat Sohal

Himmat joined Zurich a year ago after graduating from the University of Bath with a Masters in Chemical Engineering. He completed a placement with EDF Energy and an extended research project on novel extraction methods of precious materials. He’s an associate member of IChemE, working towards his Advanced Diploma at the Chartered Insurance Institute, and completing an EngTech with the Institution of Fire Engineers. At ZRS, Himmat focuses on renewables, specifically BESS, creating fire strategy documents, conducting site surveys, and evaluating risks. He provides insights to stakeholders and conducts workshops and presentations for clients and the wider market
