Kieran Hartley

With over fifteen years of experience in the European energy sector, Kieran has worked across market development, policy, and technology, building deep expertise in renewable integration and energy storage. Before joining Jinko ESS, he contributed to shaping European and national energy policy, including work on the Renewable Energy Directive as a Substitute Member of the European Parliament  and  of Ireland’s Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS) White Paper.

At Jinko ESS, Kieran drives the advancement of large-scale energy storage projects across Europe, combining commercial insight with a strong policy background to promote sustainable, innovative energy solutions.
