David Hebert

David Hebert is Vice President of Global Sales Management for Wärtsilä Energy Storage,
focused on providing market-leading energy storage technologies to help customers
reduce their carbon footprint, adopt renewable energy, and build more resilient grids.
He has over thirty years of experience as a business management professional, with over
fifteen years of achievements in the renewable energy and energy storage markets. Prior
to joining Wärtsilä, Dave served as Vice President of Congruitive, a software company
providing control platforms to utilities and renewable energy producers such as Pacific
Gas & Electric (PG&E) and Southern California Edison (SCE). He also held senior roles at
Enel X, Sunverge Energy, Petra Systems, Satcon Technology, AEG Power Solutions, and
Spire Corporation, where he worked to develop and integrate energy storage, solar,
virtual power plants, and microgrids into the utility, C&I, and residential sectors.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame University. Beyond his professional
pursuits, he is passionate about spending time with his family and enjoys the wide range
of outdoor activities New England provides
