Manohar Bassan

Manohar leads the UK & Ireland Commercial Management team at Envision Energy, bringing over 20 years of experience across the global energy sector. He is known for structuring and negotiating complex contracts that deliver strong, bankable outcomes for both developers and OEMs, supporting projects through to financial close. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Manohar built his career at GE (formerly Alstom), working on some of the world’s largest gas, steam, and wind power projects. His experience spans construction, commissioning, and major retrofit programmes across international markets. He later served as Head of Bid Management for EV charging start-up Roam, focusing on the deployment of fast and rapid EV charging stations across the UK and Ireland, from proposal through to delivery. This combination of deep technical expertise and commercial leadership has contributed to the delivery of multi-billion-pound energy projects and positions Manohar at the forefront of commercial execution in the energy transition.
