Csilla has 20 years of experience in the energy space across various industries, roles, and geographies. Moving from oil & gas to energy utilities and now to energy software, she has consistently focused on the energy transition as a corporate strategist, innovation leader, and client executive. She spent 12 years at ENGIE, where she was responsible for the group’s strategy in Asia Pacific, led global innovation, and managed client engagements for ENGIE Impact, the group’s sustainability consulting arm. She joined Kraken as Portfolio Director last year and currently works in the GenFlex business unit, helping key clients thrive in fast-developing flexibility markets.
