Addressing Growing Energy Demand: Who’s Using the Power?

Synopsis

According to the London Stock Exchange Group, European power demand will grow by a third by 2035, largely driven by the overall electrification of the power sector, data centres and the build-out of renewable energy portfolios. The shift will be accelerated significantly by policy intervention at the EU and national levels. This keynote will focus on the rapid expansion of data centres and the urgent need to align with the storage industry to provide an alternative to CCGT’s and make energy storage viable for hyperscalers.
