Adam Carver

Adam Carver is a Senior Manager, Commercial & Origination at Eku Energy, a global battery storage business jointly owned by a Macquarie Asset Management managed fund and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI). Adam is responsible for the origination and negotiation of revenue contracts for Eku’s pipeline in EMEA with a particular focus on innovative highly-contracted structures. He is responsible for overseeing operations and trading of these assets once they are live, and is heavily involved in new-market entry for Eku. Adam was one of the founding employees at Eku Energy having transferred from Macquarie Asset Management where he held a role as a Manager focusing on energy technology investments. Adam previously worked in power trading & analytics roles at Shell Energy Europe and Centrica Energy and holds a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
