Alex Starling

Alex is a principal analyst at the National Wealth Fund. In his role, he leads the analysis of the economic benefits of NWF investments. He is also responsible for the carbon modelling approach for the Fund, as well as the climate and economic risk stress testing of the fund’s portfolio.

Alex has a background as an infrastructure economist with previous roles in both the public and private sector with Yorkshire Water and central government.
