Dan Hodges

Dan has a background in enterprise-scale software, technology and telecommunications services and has worked in a variety of roles, from product management of digital services in SMEs to commercial leadership roles in global FTSE100 companies. At Vodafone Dan had commercial oversight of major technology / network transformation programmes for customers such as RSA Insurance, Aviva, Centrica, EDF and National Grid.
Within Kraken Technologies, Dan heads the Global Account Management team and specialises in energy flexibility, including both grid-scale storage and domestic-sized flexible assets. Kraken’s primary focus is to enable global energy companies to accelerate their digital energy transition through the use of its best-in-class SaaS solutions. Immediately prior to Kraken, Dan spent 4 years with the start-up energy flexibility platform Origami Energy.
Dan holds a BSc in Oceanography with Physics and Geology from Southampton University and an MBA with distinction from Imperial College London.
