David Camerlengo

In his current role, David leads Australia’s trade and investment portfolio in the UK and Ireland where he is responsible for promoting Australian exports and attracting strategic foreign direct investment to Australia. 

David’s immediate prior role at Austrade was Head of the Technology and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in Australia.

Prior to joining Austrade, David spent 16 years in the USA including as President, North America of global manufacturer, EGR Group. 

Following this, David was appointed Trade & Investment Commissioner-North America for the Queensland Government of Australia.
