Ellie van der Heijden

Ellie is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and specialist in sustainability in renewable energy. She has industry leading experience in ESG due diligence for renewable energy, sustainable finance, climate risk assessments and biodiversity issues backed up by significant experience of technical due diligence for pre-construction and operational projects and portfolios for battery storage, solar PV and onshore wind. Ellie has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2008. Her breadth of knowledge across technologies and experience in both developer and consultancy roles provide a valuable skill set that is well placed to advise on complex projects.
