Keith Breed

Keith Breed is a Senior Research Analyst within the Research Department of CBRE Data Centre Solutions, based in London. He supports the Advisory & Transactions, Capital Markets, Occupier, and Digital Advisory teams with research and market insights across the EMEA region. His recent work includes in-depth reports on developing data centre markets in Africa and the Middle East, as well as established European hubs such as London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, and Dublin (FLAP+D), alongside emerging Tier 2 markets.

With over 30 years of experience in the telecoms and data centre sectors, Keith has been active in the data centre industry since 2006. He began his career at British Telecom before holding senior roles in strategy and sales at Mercury Communications, KDD, and NTT Communications. He later provided research and analysis for organisations including BroadGroup, DataCentre Pricing, Gartner, and GigaOm, before joining CBRE in 2022.
