Leandra works at the intersection of commercial strategy and energy innovation. As Director of Asset Management at green flexibility, she aligns operational performance with market dynamics and regulatory developments to ensure revenue security for utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Germany. She has developed expertise in both tolling structures and commercialising BESS in merchant markets.

Her previous role at Entrix involved advancing AI-driven trading platforms for BESS, where she contributed to business model development, market expansion, and trading strategies – particularly in ancillary services like aFRR. Leandra brings hands-on experience in revenue modelling, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

With an academic grounding in Information Systems and a focus on sustainable energy, she combines analytical insight with a practical understanding of the energy transition, contributing to the growth of smart flexibility solutions in Germany’s evolving energy market.
