Luke Gibson

Luke has been Chief Operating Officer at Field since the company was founded 4 years ago, covering a range of operational areas, including leading their successful expansion outside of GB, into the Italian, Spanish and German BESS markets. Previous to Field, Luke worked in tech, scaling Glovo in Spain up to 26 markets, before exiting to Delivery Hero for ~€2bn. With a background in tech scale-ups, private equity, and strategy consulting, Luke brings deep expertise in operational growth and market expansion.
