Nelson Nsitem

Nelson is an analyst on the Energy Storage team at BloombergNEF. His research covers the uptake and economics of energy storage systems used in power networks. Prior to this, Nelson was part of BloombergNEF’s Decentralized Energy team, exploring the uptake of distributed energy resources and flexibility markets.

Nelson has a background conducting investment research on private companies across Sub-Saharan African markets and joined BNEF from research firm Asoko Insight. He holds an MSc in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
