With over 20 years of international experience in the energy sector and a cum laude degree in engineering, he blends technical expertise with strong commercial and strategic leadership.

His career spans the full energy value chain, from project development and finance to EPC, O&M, and sales. He has led solar and advisory projects exceeding 1 GW, contributed to advanced turbomachinery design, and supported a global pipeline worth over $5 billion.

Fluent in five languages and a seasoned international speaker, Ruben is a committed advocate for sustainability, driving Maxxen’s mission to deliver innovative storage solutions and accelerate the clean energy transition.
