Russell Canning is a member of New South Wales’ International Network. Representing Investment NSW, Russell supports European businesses with their APAC expansion strategies to attract productive foreign direct investment to NSW, with a strong focus on the net zero transition. He works closely with the Commonwealth Government, via the Australian Trade and Investment Commission and is based in Frankfurt, Germany. Russell is an experienced Australian Legal Practitioner and has previously served the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations as a Senior Government Lawyer with expertise in litigation, legislation development and government practice. He speaks German and English.
