Simon Dupond

Simon is SolarPower Europe’s dedicated Policy Advisor on the economics of solar PV and battery energy storage systems. He has five years of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in electricity market design, support schemes, power purchase agreements, and the economics of solar PV and BESS.Prior to joining SolarPower Europe, Simon worked as a Financial Analyst on renewable hydrogen projects at Engie, where he developed financial and economic models for hydrogen plants in development and under construction. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from IESEG School of Management in France.
