Dr. Stephan Hildebrand

Stephan Hildebrand studied chemistry at the University of Hanover, Germany (BSc) and the University of Münster, Germany (MSc). In 2018, he received his PhD from the University of Münster after extensive research on the safety of Li-ion batteries at the MEET Battery Research Centre.
In January 2020, he joined the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre in Petten, The Netherlands, where he conducts research supporting battery-related European policy.
