Product Lead Elysia Battery Intelligence
During his time at Elysia, James has lead the development of the Elysia Cloud Platform, combining expertise in electrochemical modelling, machine learning and battery system design to maximise battery lifetime, safety, and performance. James believes in the untapped potential of battery systems as a cornerstone of a successful energy transition and he works closely with fleet owners, OEMs, asset financiers and stationary storage operators/optimisers to help them realise this mission.
Prior to joining WAE, James graduated from Durham University with a Master’s degree in Scientific Computing and Data Analysis, specialising in financial mathematics. He also gained experience at several leading early-stage UK start-ups and investment funds.
