Mark Walton-Hayfield

Mark is globally responsible for all Energy Storage software solutions at Univers. The Energy Storage Business Unit focusses on how Envision Digital’s customers and partners can obtain more value from their investments in BESS solutions by using Software to reduce risk, improve asset performance, and optimise revenues. Mark is based in the UK and has a specific focus on Grid Scale BESS and enabling the Green Grid.

Mark is very experienced in Edge and Cloud Computing architectures. He understands how advanced software solutions can be used to enable flexibility when integrated with Hardware. He has worked in many other asset intensive industries such as energy, rail, telecoms and manufacturing and brings together diverse teams to solve business problems by focussing on the value that doing so unlocks.
