Oscar Piepers

Oscar has over 15 years of experience in the Energy space. Intermittently he has been in the ING Energy team since 2008 where he has led transactions in offshore and onshore wind, solar, geothermal, hydro and battery storage assets throughout Europe. Oscar has extensive knowledge of the electricity markets in the Netherlands, the UK, Poland and Turkey amongst others. Furthermore he is also involved in ING’s Sustainable Fund, investing in the energy transition value chain.
Oscar graduated from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) as an electrical engineer in 2006, followed by work experiences at Nuon (now Alliander) and Aker Kvaerner (now Aker Solutions).
