Ross facilitates M&A transactions across the Renewables sector via W&I and other novel insurance solutions. He leads the Energy and Infrastructure Transactional Risks team for Lockton Insurance and previously spent 9 years at Shell as Senior Legal Counsel leading strategic M&A deals. Ross has extensive Energy experience, working across a breadth of specialisms including Trading, Energy Transition, Infrastructure and Shipping.
