Shannon O’Connell

Shannon O’Connell is the Founder and CEO of Stora Energy, a utility-scale battery storage development firm focused on the Polish market. Shannon has nearly 15 years of experience in renewable energy across multiple functions to include design, engineering, construction, development, and business strategy. Prior to her move to Poland in 2020, Shannon was a director at NextEra Energy, a global leader in renewable energy, where she led a $100 MM P&L. Shannon is graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.
