Stone is Director of Key Project & Sales at Hithium, which was founded in 2019, now is a leading manufacturer of premium stationary energy storage products for utility-scale, commercial and industrial applications. With four distinct R&D centers and multiple intelligent production facilities, Hithium’s innovations include groundbreaking safety improvements to its Lithium-ion batteries as well as increases in lifecycle.

Stone Shi holds a master’s degree of Control engineering since 2011, and has extensive expertise and knowhow on BESS, ever in charge of BESS system engineering, BESS R&D, BESS Global product management; Also, Stone has abundant expertise on Microgrid R&D, engineering, and delivery. Stone’s past work experience including ABB as Global Product Manager & BESS R&D Manager, Huawei as Director of System R&D. He is charted Electrical Engineer covering Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution.

Stone believes next generation BESS shall be more safe, higher energy density, lower cost, and longer life.
