Since the beginning of 2022, Volker Rossmann has been in charge as CSO and Managing Director for Europe at Pixii, a subsidiary of the Norwegian Eltek Holding.
In the years from 1999 to the end of 2021, he served as Managing Director of Eltek Deutschland GmbH. In this role, he was responsible for the sales and marketing of UPS systems and battery-based power supplies in over 20 countries in Europe. Under his leadership Eltek became the market leader in the power supply sector in Germany and Europe.
After an industrial apprenticeship and a degree in electrical engineering, with a focus on power engineering, he started his career in 1987 in the Industrial Equipment division. Since 1989, Volker Rossmann has been in the Power Supply and Industrial Battery Storage division. In addition, he was a long-standing board member of the Employers' Association of Metal and Electrical Companies in Hesse. During his professional career, he completed several foreign assignments, among others in Italy.
