Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş., a subsidiary of Kontrolmatik Teknoloji, is investing in ‘Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) Battery Cells and Energy Storage Systems’ in Polatlı, Ankara, which is Turkey’s first private sector investment in this field. The facility, which will be built in three phases and will be operational in the second quarter of 2023, will reach a capacity of 3 GWh/year in 2024.
