Rachel Hayes

Rachel is an associate director at Regen and founder of Regen’s Entrepreneurial Women in Renewable Energy initiative (ReWiRE). Rachel leads Regen’s networks, as well as the organisation’s policy, events and communications. As a working mum, Rachel is a passionate advocate of diversity and through her work with ReWiRE ensures the sector is at the forefront of harnessing talent. In 2017, she received the British Empire Medal for her services to the energy sector, in particular, her work supporting the development of women in the sector.
