Brit Pickering is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Manager at the National Energy System Operator (NESO), where she leads work to create a more inclusive culture and improve representation. She is also a Young Board Member for POWERful Women, supporting greater gender diversity across the energy sector. Brit is currently undertaking a PhD in Global Sustainable Development and Law at the University of Warwick exploring inclusive cultures across different organisations.
