Bruce is CEO of Alexa Capital, a corporate finance specialist focused on the energy transition and net zero. Alexa Capital has a record for innovative infrastructure & growth financings and M&A across energy storage, renewables and energy technology. Selected recent engagements include the £2.2bn take-private of Aggreko plc, the sale of 100MW operational storage from Anesco, the DevCo financing for CWP Global’s 1.5GW Southeastern European renewables platform, the sale of Forsa Energy’s 340MW gas peaker portfolio to Tiger Infrastructure and the sale of Flexitricity’s 500MW flexibility/VPP to Quinbrook Infrastructure. Bruce has advised on hundreds of capital markets and M&A transactions including IPOs, follow-on’s, convertible & debt placements, structured financings, restructurings as well as public and private M&A.

Before establishing Alexa Capital, Bruce was Global Head of Cleantech Investment Banking for Jefferies, managing across offices in Boston, Frankfurt, London, New York, San Francisco, Mumbai and Shanghai (2004-2012). He was also member of the board of Jefferies International.

Previously he was CEO, Broadview International in Europe, a leading technology investment bank. He graduated from Princeton University with a BSc Engineering.
