As CEO, Donald focuses on ensuring Zenobē delivers on its vision of making clean power accessible at scale. Working alongside the two founders and their respective business areas, Donald supports the business’ growth, ensuring innovation and agility remain embedded at Zenobē’s core whilst we grow to deliver maximum impact.

Prior to Zenobē, Donald spent over 20 years in global leadership positions. He held senior management roles at Siemens, E.ON and thyssenkrupp. Most recently, Donald was Project Director at Statkraft where he was responsible for a major storage project in Scotland. His career has been focused on expanding global businesses with local expertise, building strong teams and delivering geographical and portfolio growth. Donald has studied electrical and control engineering at Cambridge, Imperial College and Oxford.
